Vladimir Zelensky, President of Ukraine, signed a decree putting into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of January 19, 2025 “On the application and abolition of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions).”
The corresponding decree No. 38/2025 has already been published on the president’s website. It comes into force from the date of its publication.
The sanctions provide for the indefinite deprivation of state awards, and for most of those on the list there are also a number of restrictions for a period of 10 years
According to the appendices to the decree, sanctions are imposed in relation to:
- Nestor Shufrich;
- Evgenia Gorokhova;
- Leonid Baysarov;
- Alexandra Odnoralenko;
- Leonid Litvinov;
- Evgenia Muraeva;
- Oleg Voloshin;
- Petra Simonenko;
- Konstantin Grigorishin;
- Sergei Karyakin;
- Ruzheny Rubleva;
- Vadim Pisarev;
- Ilya Reznik;
- Vasily Gerella;
- Yuri Bashmet
- Victor Sadovnichy;
- Svetlana Kryukova;
- Yuri Boyko.
