Command-staff exercises have already begun with territorial troops in the Gomel region of Belarus. This was announced on July 12 by the press service of the country’s Ministry of Defense.
“From 12 to 14 July, under the leadership of the deputy chairman of the Gomel regional executive committee, a command-staff exercise will be held with the territorial troops of the Zhlobin region,” Belarus’s military department said.
It was learned that during the exercises, the troops of the republic’s territory will perform protection and defense of the troop facility, as well as serving at the checkpoint during martial law.
Recall that on May 26, Belarus began military maneuvers near the borders of Ukraine and Poland and repeatedly extended them.
For the last time, until July 8-9, trainings continued in the training area.
