Those who are partially fit for military service must undergo a second military medical examination before February 4.
All persons liable for military service who, before May 4, 2024, had the status of “limitedly fit for military service” must undergo a second medical examination. limitedly fit for military service” and “unfit for military service in peacetime, limitedly fit in wartime.” The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this on January 18.
A medical examination for the above-mentioned persons will be organized by the TCC. The defense department said that citizens are required to report to military registration and enlistment offices within a certain period of time to receive a referral to the Military Military Commissariat. You can come for a medical examination yourself, or after receiving a summons.
Military medical commissions will decide on the suitability of those liable for military service in the following categories:
- suitable (with specification of the type of service);
- unsuitable (with the possibility of review after 6-12 months);
- needs treatment (vacation or inpatient treatment);
- temporarily unsuitable (with setting a date for re-inspection).
In case of violation of the law, administrative liability is provided. Violators face a fine of 17 thousand to 25 thousand UAH. 500 UAH Also, the status of these citizens in the Reserve+ application will change to “wanted.”
The Ministry of Education and Science added that in January 2025 it will be possible to:
- receive directions to VLK in the “Reserve+” application;
- receive notifications with medical examination details;
- undergo examination directly at health care institutions without visiting the TCC.
Let us remind you that electronic referrals for passing military medical commissions will work in Ukraine. The first such directions will appear in the Reserve+ application in January of this year.
