Electronic referrals for military medical commissions will be launched in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense is already implementing a corresponding system. The first electronic directions will appear in the Reserve+ application in January of this year. The head of the Municipal Educational Institution, Rustem Umerov, announced this on Facebook on January 14.
According to him, the first step for this system was the establishment of a regulatory framework for issuing electronic referrals for military training for those liable for military service.
Our goal is to create a modern, transparent VLK system that minimizes corruption risks and bureaucratic obstacles. Digitalization will make this process more convenient for everyone, it said.
Umerov also informed that now VLK will take into account the decisions of expert teams to assess the daily functioning of the person who has replaced MSEC since January 1. He emphasized that the updated provisions meet modern standards and needs.
Let us remind you that since November 15 last year, you can submit a report for transfer to another unit in the “Reserve+” application. To do this, you need a military ID or officer’s ID and a letter of recommendation from the unit to which the military man plans to transfer.
