“The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems,” the report said.
Earlier, Navy spokesman Dmitry Pletenchuk said that Russian troops have reduced the use of Caliber cruise missiles for attacks on Ukraine and are using them mainly for joint strikes.
