Ukrposhta” issued a stamp “The Budapest Memorandum is x… I.”
It can be purchased in the online store. The sheet costs 600 UAH, the director of the state-owned enterprise Igor Smilyansky said on his Facebook website.
Ukrposhta quoted President Vladimir Zelensky, who, in a podcast with Lex Friedman, criticized the security guarantees in the Budapest Memorandum.
The mailing sheet with a swear word from the president contains nine stamps.
Let us recall that in Friedman’s podcast, Zelensky emphasized that in order to end the war, Ukraine needs reliable security guarantees not only “on paper,” since at one time the guarantors of the Budapest Memorandum did not give a damn about Ukraine.
