This was reported by the opposition Telegram channel Nexta.
The problems started at about 1.30, access began to appear closer to three o’clock in the morning.
In addition, the regime of Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko included in the list of “extremist materials” the service for submitting public collective appeals to the authorities “Petitions.by”, as well as its accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and the Telegram chat “Club of Commentators Petitions” . by”.
The corresponding decision was made by the Central District Court of Minsk on December 30, 2024, reports Reform.news.
It is noted that in mid-December last year, security forces threatened to “take action” against persons involved in the operation of the site. Prior to this, the site was blocked in Belarus in 2021.
The Belarusian Ministry of Information stated that the site was “collecting signatures for petitions of a protest nature,” and also published petitions containing information discrediting the legislative system of Belarus and calls to invalidate the presidential elections.
