The enemy plans to take 5 thousand children to Russia from the temporarily occupied Lugansk region only under one Kremlin program “cultural card 4+85”.
This was reported today, January 7, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
The cultural map provides for propaganda trips of schoolchildren to the cities of Muscovy with the aim of brainwashing Ukrainians and their subsequent Russification. In addition, children are offered to continue their education in Russia, the CNS notes.
The CNS added that in 2025 the Kremlin is strengthening its policy of assimilation of Ukrainians into the WTO.
For this purpose, additional “programs” of the Russian Ministry of Culture have been created and those that have been working since the beginning of the full-scale invasion have been strengthened, the CNS noted.
In particular, in addition to the mentioned “cultural card”, the Russians are actively multiplying other methods of exporting Ukrainian children, such as:
- “health” travel;
- “university changes” (In 2024, about 3.7 thousand Ukrainian children from the TOT Donetsk region under the patronage of the Kremlin “movement of the first” were taken on an excursion and consultation on entering Russian universities).
Anyone who is involved in the removal of Ukrainian children and changes their self-identification will be held accountable for their actions. According to international law, such a crime is an act of genocide,” the CNS notes and calls for reporting information about collaborators and the enemy to the appropriate anonymous chatbot.
