The suspended Yoon Seok Yeol ignored the calls for questioning and blocked the search of his office.

In South Korea, the court issued an arrest warrant for impeached President Yoon Seok-yol. Yonhap reported this on Tuesday, December 31.

It is known that this decision was made as part of the investigation into his declaration of martial law in the country in early December.

The joint investigation team applied for an arrest warrant after Yoon Seok Yeol ignored several summons for questioning and blocked searches of his office.

We remind you that on December 3, the President of South Korea declared martial law in the country. He named the reason as the opposition, which, according to him, is an “anti-state force” that paralyzes the work of the country.

South Korea’s parliament has voted to end martial law. And on December 14, President Yoon Seok Yeol was impeached.
