The Russian invaders continued their continuous butchery attacks on the Donetsk region, suffering record losses. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, on Facebook on Monday, December 30.
“I worked in units and units conducting a defensive operation in the Donetsk region. These areas remain the hottest. 1,700 people are killed and wounded every day, and in total this year this number is in 427 thousand,” wrote the commander-in-chief.
According to Syrsky, he worked with unit commanders on measures to increase the effectiveness of destroying enemy fire, reliably hold lines and positions, ensure an uninterrupted supply of ammunition and drones, and strengthen the unit engaged in front line defense.
Special attention was given to providing all necessary medical units and organizing the effective evacuation of wounded military personnel.
“Our goal in this direction is the maximum destruction of the enemy and his reserves, we continue to defeat the occupier without stopping,” he added.
We remind you that on the day of December 29, 186 military clashes took place on the front. The Russian army lost more than 2,000 soldiers dead and wounded.
