The Russians do not want to go to the occupied territories, because they understand that they are only invaders, and their career is temporary.
The Russian occupiers admitted that there was a shortage of doctors in the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporozhye region. The problem cannot be solved even by providing housing to specialists from the Russian Federation. The Center for National Resistance (CNS) reported this on Saturday, December 28.
According to the source, most local doctors refused to cooperate with the labor administration, which led to a serious staff shortage.
“At a meeting of the work administration, collaborators confirmed that even the provision of housing confiscated from Ukrainians who left the region does not attract doctors from Russia,” the report said.
The reason for this is the reluctance of Russians to travel to the temporarily occupied territories. They understand that their work is temporary and the job remains unstable. According to the invaders themselves, for the whole of 2023, only 40 doctors have permanently moved to the occupied territories, which is less than the Kremlin expected.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, most schools have closed their canteens due to lack of staff.
Earlier it was reported that in the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporozhye region, the Russian occupiers stopped paying salaries to housing and communal service workers. A catastrophic situation is brewing in the region.
In addition, in the temporarily occupied territories of eastern Ukraine, local hospitals refuse to serve the civilian population.
