“To appoint Yuriy Vladimirovich Vitrenko as permanent representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna,” said decree No. 881/2024.
Previously, Vitrenko served as Ukraine’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations. Subsequently, he headed the Main Directorate for Foreign Policy Activities of the OP’s Directorate for Foreign Policy and Strategic Partnerships.
On December 21, Zelensky signed a decree canceling, as unfulfilled, the decree appointing Emine Dzhaparova as Ukraine’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna.
Let’s remember that last week Zelensky agreed to more than 30 new ambassadors. The country’s UN representative was also replaced.
