In the Dnieper, a man with a broken head jumped out of a TCC bus as he walked.
As noted, on December 9, National Police officers detained a man for violating military registration rules. After this, the man, together with TCC servicemen, was sent to draw up a protocol on an administrative violation.
The TCC reported that the man “violated the rules of military registration”
When this citizen heard from the military personnel that he would face responsibility for violating the rules of military registration and legal nihilism, he first tried to break down the door and jump out at full speed.
Since this citizen was unable to open the door, he broke out the car window and began to climb out onto the roadway. Due to his inappropriate actions, this citizen received numerous cuts on the glass of his head, hands, and clothes, reported the Dnepropetrovsk Regional TsK and SP.
The man was put on the wanted list by Ukrainian law enforcement officials.
