Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has regularly attacked Ukraine with sea-launched Caliber cruise missiles, launched from the Black Sea.

Russia launched three launch vehicles in the Black Sea. Monitoring channels reported this on Wednesday, December 25.

It is indicated that the total salvo of vehicles to be launched will be 24 Caliber missiles.

The Caliber line of cruise missiles are long-range missiles first introduced into service in the 1990s. Possibly, they could be carriers of nuclear warheads.
The Russian Federation regularly uses the submarine (3M-14K) and surface ship (3M-14T) versions of these missiles for attacks on Ukraine. While there are shipborne, underwater and airborne versions of the missile, there are also options for anti-ship, anti-submarine and land use. The maximum flight height is 1,000 m; the missile is sent to the target in a corridor 50-150 m above the ground (20 m above water).

Let’s remember that Russia launched several groups of drones in Ukraine that night. The alarm is also sounding in the west of the country.

In addition, monitoring channels reported the departure of a group of bombers from the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation. The military urges to ignore the alarm and stay in shelters.

The Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation received the next batch of Su-34 bombers and Su-57 fighters.
