People’s Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko did not appear in court in Dnieper.
Tishchenko is a suspect in the case of illegal imprisonment of ex-military Dmitry Mazokha. Today there was to be a court hearing, to which Tishchenko promised to come himself. Therefore, he was not forcibly brought to court.
The prosecutor said that at 4 am on December 23, Nikolai Tishchenko went to the hospital in Kyiv – he was previously diagnosed with coronary heart disease. This was precisely the reason for his absence from court.
Tishchenko and another defendant, ex-police officer Bogdan Pisarenko, were to be forcibly brought to the meeting.
The deputy is suspected of illegally depriving a person of his freedom. In the summer, a video showed how the people’s deputy’s security handcuffed a veteran of the Kraken unit, Dmitry Pavlov, who was walking with a baby stroller and made a remark to the deputy’s escort.
