Over the past 24 hours, at least six Russian kamikaze drones of the Shahed type have flown into Belarus from Ukraine.
One of the “martyrs” walked more than 170 km in the south of the country. The monitoring group “Belarusian Gayun” reported this today, December 22.
The following cases were recorded:
- at 14.23 on December 21, one drone flew to Komarin and then went to Pripyat;
- further events were recorded at 15.05, 20.58, 01.03 (two “shaheeds”) and at 07.31;
- “Shahed”, which flew in at 15.05 through Asarevichi, flew more than 170 km in the south of Belarus and went back to Ukraine in the Milosevichy region (Lelchitsy district of the Gomel region, opposite the Zhitomir region of Ukraine);
- another drone, which entered at 20:58, also went west along the border through Komarin, heading towards Yelsk, where it disappeared since the last recording at 21:30.
It is noted that the duty aircraft of the Belarusian Air Force did not rise.
