The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Yulia Gnatyuk as acting head of the Institute of National Remembrance.
It was Gnatyuk who headed the Institute of National Remembrance in the last week after Anton Drobovich’s five-year term in this post expired.
Since May 2024, she has served as first deputy chairman. Prior to this, for more than two years, Yulia Gnatyuk was the chief accountant of the financial, accounting and technical support department of the UINP.
On December 13, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Anton Drobovich from the post of head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory due to the expiration of the contract.
Drobovich has headed the UINP since 2019 – he won the competition for the position and passed an interview with the government. Before this, the institute was headed by Vladimir Vyatrovich.
