Tatarstan authorities have initiated a state of emergency for the authorities and units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In the Russian city of Kazan in Tatarstan, explosions were heard at a gunpowder factory. This was reported by the ASTRA Telegram channel on Saturday, December 21.
“Residents of Kazan reported explosion sounds coming from the gunpowder factory,” the report said.
According to local residents, the explosions started after the drone attack. At the same time, the company announced that tests should be scheduled until 16:00 local time.
At the same time, Tatarstan authorities introduced an emergency situation for the authorities and units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations after the drone attack.
We remind you that on the morning of December 21, unknown drones were seen in Kazan. Some of them crashed into tall buildings, including luxury residential complexes. Russian propagandists said there were eight arrivals, one at an industrial plant.
