Today, December 20, in the evening, Russian invaders struck a residential building in the Saltovsky district of Kharkov with a Shahed-type drone.
The impact occurred between the first and second floors of the high-rise building. The mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, announced this in his Telegram channel.
A fire broke out at the site of the impact.
So far there are four victims, including a 12-year-old girl,” Terekhov said.
The head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov said that “Shahed” ended up in a nine-story building. There is destruction of the first two floors.
Among the victims:
- the girl has a slight shrapnel wound;
- three people with acute reactions to stress.
The fire is currently being extinguished on the 1st and 2nd floors. The fire area is 30 square meters. An inspection of the house and a survey about the resettlement of people are being carried out, Sinegubov noted.
