The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is developing an option for a complete reform of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP).

TCC and SP are subordinate to the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which, for their part, are subordinate to the General Staff.
