Explosions were heard in Rylsk, Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Russian authorities announced an alleged Ukrainian ATACMS missile attack. So far, five dead and more than 20 injured are known. RosSMI reported this on Friday, December 20.

The building of a pedagogical college in the city was on fire, and a cultural building, a school, a fire station and several private houses were also damaged by shrapnel. Five dead and 26 injured.

The head of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, said the target of the attack was allegedly “social infrastructure.”

Let’s recall that on the eve of the Russian Ministry of Defense admitted an attack on the chemical company Kamensky Combine in the Rostov region. The Russians announced an attack with ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles.
