Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba will become an associate professor at the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris from January 25, 2025.
According to the institute’s director, Lewis Vassey, Kuleba will begin teaching during the spring semester at all six campuses outside of Paris.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to share my experiences in military diplomacy with Sciences Po students and the wider community. I convey my best wishes from Ukraine and look forward to our interaction,” Kuleba commented on the appointment on the X network.

Rakurs previously reported that he also became a senior fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, according to the Center’s website.
