“This year, on average, more than a thousand people enter military service under contract every day,” he said.
In this regard, the head of the Ministry of Defense Andrei Belousov said that in 2024 more than 427 thousand military personnel will be recruited into the armed forces.
“On average, more than 1,200 people enter contracts every day. It is important not to lose the momentum of this process,” said the minister.
Let us remind you that Russia has concentrated about 800 thousand military personnel in Ukraine. These data were announced by President Vladimir Zelensky.
At the same time, in November the Russian army suffered the largest losses since the beginning of the large-scale invasion – 45,720 killed and wounded. This is the number of conventionally more than three motorized rifle divisions of the ground forces of the Russian Army.
