North Korean troops may end up in eastern Ukraine.
The command of the aggressor country can involve North Korean soldiers in battles on Ukrainian territory. They are already attracted to soldiers in battles in combined units. But now the Defense Forces do not have information about the involvement of the DPRK military in combat operations in eastern Ukraine. Nazar Voloshin, speaker of the OSUV “Khortitsa”, stated this during the telethon.
According to him, the Russians may resort to such a development of events due to significant losses in the Russian army.
It is possible that soon, due to large losses in the eastern directions, representatives of North Korea may be used on our sectors of the front, who, together with Russian soldiers, will participate in hostilities. However, our defenders are ready to meet them, and just like the Russian occupiers, they will be destroyed,” Voloshin noted.
Let us recall that on December 14, President Vladimir Zelensky said that the Russian command began to use soldiers from North Korea in assaults. They are included in consolidated units and are used in operations in the Kursk region.
The Main Intelligence Directorate stated that soldiers from the DPRK have already suffered the first sanitary and irretrievable losses as a result of a successful fire defeat inflicted by soldiers of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
