Ukrainians usually spend “Zelensky’s thousand” to pay for utilities.
Payments under the Winter Support program have already been received by 1.8 million adults and 520 thousand children. The money was transferred to the National Cashback card. Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced this on December 13 in Telegram.
Most often, Ukrainians spend “Winter support” on:
- communal apartment – 63%;
- mobile communications – 17%;
- transfers for the Ukrainian Defense Forces – 4%.
According to the minister, payments are counted gradually. If the money has not yet arrived, then you need to wait, because the bank is processing the application.
As you know, on December 11, Ukrainians began receiving payments under the Winter Support program. You can join the program through Action. Also, from December 10, applications are accepted through partner banks, and recipients of pensions and social benefits can receive payments through Ukrposhta.
Let us remind you that the Ukrainians have found a way to cash out a thousand “Winter Support”. First, citizens received money on the National Cashback card, and then topped up their mobile phone. After that, the money was withdrawn from the phone in cash.
