The Security Service of Ukraine launched a chatbot to collect information about recruiters.
The chatbot “Slept the FSB Officer” works in the Telegram messenger. Those who are offered to set fire to military vehicles or an administrative building, or to carry out a terrorist attack or mining will be able to go there. The SBU press center reported this on November 13 in Telegram.
The intelligence service explained that they chose Telegram because Russians most often use this messenger to recruit young people and minors.
In order to report recruitment, you need to open the chatbot itself and write what exactly the occupiers are offering. You should also add information about the contact who wanted to do this and other details that will help expose the enemy.
The Security Service of Ukraine stated that for its part it guarantees confidentiality.
Don’t believe the fairy tales that Russians tell. A traitor will never be a “friend” to an enemy. And for completing their tasks you will not receive money, but a real sentence,” the department noted.
Law enforcement also reminded that criminal liability for terrorist attacks or sabotage begins at the age of 14 and carries up to 10 years in prison.
Let us remind you that on December 3, the SBU and the National Police detained two minors recruited by the Russian special services. On November 28, these attackers detonated explosives in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region near the building of the local regional police department. Now they face up to 12 years in prison.
