Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky congratulated defenders on Armed Forces Day on December 6.
President Vladimir Zelensky took part in celebrations on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The events took place at the Motherland Stela in Kyiv, the press service of the head of state reported on Friday, December 6.
Zelensky thanked everyone who is doing the possible and the impossible, protecting our freedom.
“In our history there are two dates that are side by side and connected – these are December 5 and December 6. Two dates with a different flavor. Yesterday was the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Budapest Memorandum. Today, we surely understand that the real , first, the most reliable guarantor of our security is the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and let death overtake the brave, let everything be 4.5.0 Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Glory to Ukraine, said the president.
We remind you that on the morning of December 6, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov congratulated the military on Armed Forces Day.
