An explosion occurred in the Russian Grozny on Wednesday, December 4.
Due to an unknown UAV, the “Carpet” plan was introduced at the local airport. The drone attacked the center of Grozny and touched the roof of the building of the special forces police regiment named after Akhmat Kadyrov. This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA.
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has already stated that allegedly Ukrainian drones were involved in the attack. According to a Kremlin henchman, the victims were allegedly civilians. However, he did not name their number.
As you know, the 141st Specialized Motorized Regiment named after Akhmat Kadyrov is a unit of the North Caucasus District of the National Guard of Russia, located in the city of Grozny. This unit has been involved in Russian armed aggression against Ukraine since 2022.
According to open sources, Kadyrov’s supporters are involved in the killings of civilians in Bucha.
Let us recall that in October a drone struck a military training center in Chechnya. Some media outlets wrote that the UAV was launched from neighboring Dagestan, and the attack was related to the conflict around the Wildberry marketplace.
