Defense Minister Rustem Umerov assured that the passage of military medical commissions (MMC) will be simpler, more transparent and without the risk of corruption. This is how he commented on the military military complex reform presented recently, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reported on Tuesday, December 3.
The reform, developed with the Ministry of Health, provides that a medical examination can be completed at any civilian health facility of one’s choice without having to go to territorial recruitment centers.

The medical examination will be performed by civilian doctors, who will enter the findings directly into the Electronic Health System (ESHS).
