The newly elected head of the European Council has ensured increased pressure from Brussels on the Russian economy and announced the upcoming 15th package of sanctions against Russia.
According to him, the purpose of additional restrictions is to weaken Moscow’s ability to wage war against Ukraine.
Let’s recall that on June 14, the ambassadors of the EU member states approved the framework for negotiations on the accession of Ukraine and Moldova.
