Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced this today, November 29, in his Telegram channel.
Enterprises that retained their criticality status during the audit must update it by February 28. People will be able to make reservations from December 1, but the reservation will only work until February 28, he emphasized.
According to Fedorov, new employees will be able to be booked immediately; there will be no need to work out any deadlines.

According to the minister, according to the new rules, in order to book people, an enterprise must meet three criteria:
- the average salary at the enterprise is at least 20 thousand UAH;
- no tax debts;
- one criterion from the list is residence in “Diya.City”, 1.5+ million euros in taxes paid for the year, 32+ million euros in revenues or importance for the national economy or the needs of the regional community.
To obtain or confirm criticality, you need to collect a package of documents confirming compliance with the criteria and submit it to the relevant government agency.
