The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the official was scheduled to hold meetings with the country’s military-political leadership.
The head of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Andrei Belousov, arrived on an unannounced visit to North Korea. The Russian department reported this on Telegram on Friday, November 29.
The department stated verbatim: “During the official visit… it is planned to hold meetings with the military and military-political leadership of the DPRK,” the statement said.
As you know, the Chinese Foreign Ministry refused to comment on the DPRK’s military presence in Russia. During the briefing, journalists unsuccessfully contacted the representative of the Foreign Ministry on this issue three times.
However, the Chinese Foreign Ministry has previously said that Russia and the DPRK have the right to independently decide how to develop their relations.
