The suspect must deliver information about the location of health institutions where wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are treated and rehabilitated.
A resident of Kropyvnytskyi, who provided military hospitals to the enemy and tried to set fire to an electrical substation, was charged with suspicion of high treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Wednesday, November 27.
A resident of Kropyvnytskyi received an offer of cooperation from a representative of the Russian Federation on Telegram messenger. For money, he should send information about the location of healthcare institutions where wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are treated and rehabilitated. He agreed to cooperate with the enemy to earn money.
When carrying out the tasks, the suspect carried out photo and video recording of military hospitals and medical equipment and then reported to the representative of the aggressor country. He also received other tasks.
The man was detained while trying to set fire to one of the electrical substations in the Kropyvnytskyi district.
The suspect was selected as a preventive measure – detention without the right to bail.
