In 13 regions, government structures and institutions are allegedly mined.
In the letter, the “miner” claims that he planted more than 20 devices and they are all wrapped in vacuum packaging, which excludes the possibility of identifying them with the help of dogs. He also promises that he will blow up every building every 3-4 days.
His letter indicates potential mining sites, including the Norwegian Embassy, the Pulsar shopping center, the Tehno Plaza shopping center, the 1+1 TV channel, the capital’s school No. 31, the Pechersk district state administration of Kyiv, and the Hotel Eurasia hotel.
Information about mining was also received in other areas. Checks continue; some reports of mining have no longer been confirmed.
