The Russian army has fired a record number of drones across Ukraine.
On the night of November 26, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 188 Shahed-type UAVs and unidentified drones. The drones were launched from the Russian cities of Orel, Bryansk, Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. In addition, the infidels fired four Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Voronezh and Kursk regions. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare equipment and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Air defense operated in Kyiv, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, Vinnitsa, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa and Nikolaev regions.
So far, 76 drones are known to have been shot down, and another 95 UAVs were locally lost, presumably due to active countermeasures by electronic warfare. Five more drones flew towards Belarus.
The Air Force reported that critical infrastructure was hit and private and apartment buildings were damaged.
Let us remind you that yesterday the Russian invaders attacked the Odessa region with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles. One of these missiles was shot down by air defense. Also in the southern direction, five Phoenix, Merlin-VR, Supercam and two Orlan reconnaissance drones were destroyed.
