Vladimir Putin made a video message that lasted 7 minutes 45 seconds. His hands and fingers seemed to be glued to the table.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin never moved his hands or fingers during a video message about the use of the experimental Oreshnik missile against Ukraine. Bild reported this on Saturday, November 23.
As you know, on Thursday evening Putin made a video message, saying that the city of Dnepr was hit by the latest medium-range missile Oreshnik. The presentation lasted 7 minutes 45 seconds.
Bild open data analysis expert Julian Röpke said that during all this time, the dictator never moved his hands or fingers, as if glued to the table.
The publication recalls that earlier, during the addresses, Putin often gesticulated. Therefore, perhaps this time we are talking about video editing, when the immobilized hands are “attached” to the body. This may have been done because of the dictator’s illness or to hide his excitement. This Friday, during a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, Putin fingered the leaves with his fingers and occasionally gesticulated.
“These pictures showed that Putin threatens the whole world, but he himself cannot move his hands even once,” said Repke.
Earlier, the media learned about Ukraine’s actions because of Russia’s new missile. Several options are being considered to intercept Russia’s new missiles, the sources said.
And President Vladimir Zelensky said that Defense Minister Rustem Umerov has started negotiations with partner countries on acquiring new air defense systems.
