Vadim Skibitsky explained that what is stated in the document concerns the development of the situation at various levels and the threats that the Russian Federation sees itself.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is aware of a document prepared in Russia with a so-called “forecast” of the development of the military-political situation in the world until 2045, which proposes a plan for ” division” Ukrainian territory into three parts. This was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Vadim Skibitsky in a commentary Interfax-Ukraine.
“This document was prepared by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces in December last year, this document was developed for the period of 2026-2035 with an expected 2045,” the official said.
According to him, what is stipulated in the document concerns the further development of the situation at the global and regional level, and the threats that the Russian Federation sees itself. He emphasized that in order to have a strong economic, demographic, territorial and military potential, Putin needs the whole of Ukraine.
“Undoubtedly, the strategic goal of the Russian Federation remains the complete work of our state,” Skibitsky stressed.
Earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate said that Russia was conducting massive information and psychological attacks against Ukraine. A message is circulating online, purportedly on behalf of the Main Intelligence Directorate, about the threat of a “particularly massive” missile and bomb attack on Ukraine on November 20.
