The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the booking rules for mobilization

Starting in December, reservations for those liable for military service will be made through the Diya application. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which was adopted on Friday, November 22.

The document states that the reservation of those liable for military service will now be carried out through Diya using electronic lists.

It was also decided that in order to obtain the status of “critically important”, enterprises must provide a certificate of absence of debts in taxes and contributions to the budget.

In addition, state and municipal enterprises are required to pay employees at least the average salary for the fourth quarter of 2021 (according to the State Statistics Service – ed.), and private enterprises must provide of salary to the reserved employee at least 2.5 times the minimum wage.

Also, taking into account the needs of territorial communities, the status of a critically important enterprise will be agreed with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense. Authorities that designate businesses as critical are required to monitor their compliance with the standard on a quarterly basis.

The new booking procedure will take effect from December 1, and for all those who already have postponements there will be a transition period to the new conditions until February 28.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada adopted new rules for deferment from conscription. The right to reprieve is given to civilians who have been captured, as well as to those who have died or are missing a half-relative.
