On November 21, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevgeniy Perebiynis received copies of credentials from the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Ma Shenkun. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday, November 21.
Perebiynis congratulated the Chinese official on the start of his diplomatic mission to Ukraine and noted the positive dynamics of intensifying the Ukrainian-Chinese political dialogue this year.
The parties discussed the current issues on the bilateral agenda, in particular in the context of using the significant potential of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and China, as well as the interaction of the two countries in multilateral formats.
Let’s remember that the US State Department emphasized that China is giving Russia “very significant” help to strengthen the Kremlin’s military machine in exchange for secret Russian military technologies of submarines and missiles.
