Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, by updating this doctrine, shows that he does not want peace, but strives to continue the war.
The owner of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, by changing the nuclear doctrine shows that he wants to continue the war and destroy Ukraine, because the countries of the world did not show a strong reaction. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this at a press conference with Danish Prime Minister Matte Frederiksen on Tuesday, November 19.
The Ukrainian leader said that 1,000 days of mass war should be enough to understand that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not want peace. In particular, today the Russians killed Ukrainian civilians, while simultaneously introducing an updated nuclear doctrine.
“Why didn’t they present a peace strategy? He (Putin, – edit.) just wants to show the world that he wants to destroy Ukraine and other countries. Putin wants war. The longer the war lasts, the more he will stay in the Kremlin, and this is his goal – to destroy us all,” the head of state emphasized.
He noted that at the G20 summit in Brazil, where Russia was represented, there were no strong statements from the countries after Moscow’s new threats. This shows that the G20 countries do not have any strong strategy, Zelensky believes.
“When Putin starts talking about nuclear weapons, the world must give an answer, put it on the table, a strong answer: what to do if Putin uses something like these weapons or others other things,” emphasized the president.
As already reported, Vladimir Putin approved, by order, the updated nuclear doctrine of Russia. The document was called On the approval of the fundamentals of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of nuclear deterrence published on the official portal of legal information.
