The Russian army launched new attacks on Kupyansk, Kharkov region.
On Tuesday, November 19, at about 16.00, the occupiers shelled the city. Two women, aged 51 and 59, were injured. The enemy struck Kupyansk again at 17.00. Two more civilians, a man and a woman, were injured. Houses and outbuildings in the city were damaged. The Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office reported this on Telegram.
Law enforcement officers previously established that the enemy fired from Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
Investigators began a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on November 19, the Russian army shelled the Kyiv district of Kharkov. As a result of the attack, 12 people were injured. Most of the victims are men. The youngest of the wounded is 18 years old. The young man was hospitalized in serious condition.
