Denmark will help in the development of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
The Danish government will allocate 130 million euros for this. Danish Prime Minister Matte Frederiksen announced this on Tuesday, November 19, during a joint briefing with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
It is important for me that our own industry, not only in Denmark, but also in all neighboring countries, can come to Ukraine, learn from your experience and your ability to expand and develop your production lines, Frederiksen emphasized.
At the same time, the Ukrainian head of state said that thanks to the Danish model, the Ukrainian defense industry has already attracted more than a billion dollars from partners, which Norway recently joined.
Zelensky also said that Denmark announced a new package of military support that will increase the range of its defense forces.
Let us recall that the other day, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that Denmark would join the so-called Danish support format – direct financing of weapons production in Ukraine. This will allow us to quickly produce and supply the necessary weapons for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
