Previously, the authorities took measures of special support for Kharkov in conditions that related to special tax conditions in the regional center. Therefore, it was instructed to develop similar conditions for Sumy and Chernigov. ”
According to him, in war conditions, front-line communities need special support, and those that have received the most displaced people need special solutions for greater internal integration of people.
These are just a few reasons why there should be special principles for our interaction with communities during war,” Zelensky noted.
The President added that at the community level the international component of work will constantly increase – with countries that have taken patronage over one or another of our regions or cities.
Let us remind you that on October 20, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading bill No. 11416-d, providing for a historic increase in taxes. In particular, the law provides for an increase in the rate of military duty for individuals from 1.5 to 5% and the establishment of a military duty for individual entrepreneurs of groups 1, 2 and 4 in the amount of 10% of the minimum wage.
