On the night of Monday, November 18, the Lebanese group Hezbollah launched a rocket into central Israel. Civilians were injured in a Tel Aviv suburb, The Times of Israel reports.
It was noted that in the areas of Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan, five people were injured after the Hezbollah rocket attack. The condition of the 54-year-old woman is estimated to be serious. Another person is in moderate condition, three have minor injuries. All victims were wounded by shrapnel.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said a rocket was fired from Lebanon during the attack and was successfully intercepted by air defense systems.
Debris from the rocket fell between two Tel Aviv suburbs and caused fires and damage to buildings and vehicles. The military promised to investigate the incident.
