On November 17, the Russian army attacked the energy infrastructure in the Odessa region.
The enemy hit an energy facility. Two power engineers died. In the Odessa region, private houses, outbuildings and cars were damaged. As a result of the shelling, a 17-year-old boy was injured and was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. The prosecutor’s office of the Odessa region reported this on Telegram.
Law enforcement officers have already opened criminal proceedings on violations of the laws and customs of war – Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The prosecutor’s office did not note which city was attacked by the Russians in the Odessa region. However, local public pages report that it was Podolsk.
Let us recall that on the morning of November 17, the Russian Federation launched a massive combined missile strike on Ukraine. The enemy fired 120 missiles and 90 drones. Air defense forces destroyed 144 targets.
The Russian army attacked energy facilities and infrastructure. Hits were recorded in Nikolaev, Zaporozhye, Volyn, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnitsa, Poltava and other regions.
