It was the second deadly attack in China in a week – on November 11, a driver drove a car into a crowd in the southern city of Zhunai. Then 35 people died, another 43 were seriously injured.
Earlier, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, a bus fell into a deep ravine, killing at least 36 people.
