The shooting occurred near the military registration and enlistment office building in Transcarpathia.
A former military man started shooting near the Khust Territorial Recruitment Center. The man fired several shots into the air from a stun gun. The police detained him at the scene. This was reported by Public on November 15 with reference to the Transcarpathian police.
No one was injured as a result of the incident. The attacker was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 173 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offences. The detainee turned out to be a former military man who resigned from the Armed Forces of Ukraine for health reasons.
The man shot, angry that they did not want to mobilize him, the media write.
Let us remind you that on August 27, in Lutsk, an unknown person opened fire from an unidentified weapon at military personnel serving at a post guarding the TCC. The military returned fire.
After the incident, the Volyn TsK and SP warned that if the lives of military personnel were threatened, they would open fire to kill.
