In Ukraine, people are mobilized with mental retardation, HIV and tuberculosis.
Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Alexander Fedienko criticized the Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402, which allows the mobilization of people with serious medical problems.
This is order 402 ME, which was adopted together with the Ministry of Health. I don’t know the external factors that made this decision. Because even then, the leaders of the TCC immediately said that this was complete stupidity. What we have is the mobilization of HIV, with an open form of tuberculosis, we recently mobilized a deaf person and a person, where in the conclusion of the VLK it is written “mental retardation of such and such a degree, complicated speech impairment, partial brain atrophy, etc.,” he said in his TG channel.
I hope that the representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health will pay attention to this order 402. For my part, I can offer them to carry out any task at the training ground, under conditions where they do not hear, and the commander gives the command, Fedienko added.
He also said that while enterprises are being checked in Ukraine for the right to reserve the right to be protected from mobilization, the TCC has already begun to mobilize defense industry workers.
Of course, you need to check. But the TCC has already started calling the heads of enterprises, they say: “We know that your reservation ends on the 14th, so wait for a visit. , and defense industry enterprises. It gets to the point that the manager fires them and somehow hides them so as not to stop the work of the enterprise,” writes Fedienko.
The MP proposes that the government extend the booking period for the duration of the inspection.
