Russian troops attacked populated areas in the Kharkov region. There were casualties and damage to infrastructure. Pretrial investigations were launched into violations of the laws and customs of war. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General on Sunday, November 10.
According to the investigation, on November 9, Russian armed forces shelled the village of Kolesnikovka, Kupyansky district. A 58-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man were injured and hospitalized in serious condition.
On November 10, starting at 00:35, the Russians attacked Chuguev with UAVs. Three hits were recorded in a four-story residential building, and a fire broke out. One house and six cars were damaged, and three more cars burned to the ground.
A 40-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man who live in the house were injured in the explosion.
Also on November 10, around 10:50, Russian troops shelled the city of Kupyansk, destroying residential buildings. A 55-year-old civilian was injured. Previously, shelling was carried out from the Uragan MLRS.
