The Russian military regularly attacks the Ukrainian regions, especially Kharkov and the region, with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, KAB, MLRS.
In Kupyansk community of Kharkov region, the last branch of Ukrposhta was closed and ATMs stopped working. The head of the city military administration (GVA), Andrei Besedin, announced this on Saturday, November 9, in a television broadcast.
“Unfortunately, the Ukrposhta branch was closed due to security measures to prevent large crowds; specifically for collection vehicles,” Besedin said.
He noted that “the Russian army is monitoring the entrances to Kupyansk and attacking vehicles with FPV drones, preventing the arrival of humanitarian aid.”
Besedin said authorities are asking city residents to leave for safe regions.
“The security situation is very difficult, on the left bank it is really critical that the only way our enemy has is by destroying our cities, our homes and killing our people Today, November 9, there are also two dead and one wounded person now we have to leave the territory of the community to safer places,” said the GVA leader.
He also added that surviving the winter in the community will be very difficult. According to him, 1,100 local residents remain on the left bank of Oskol without electricity, gas, centralized water and heat supply.
We remind you that the other day it was reported that the Russian military was three kilometers from Kupyansk. They attack the crossings on the Oskol River. This complicates the evacuation from Kupyansk and other nearby settlements.
